What is ACT?

ACT is a unique, experiential, mindfulness-based behavioral therapy that has shown to be effective with treating mental health problems such as depression, obsessive–compulsive disorder, drug abuse, chronic pain, eating disorders, and work-related stress.

An innovative model for both therapy and coaching, the aim of ACT is to help people maximize their human potential. ACT serves to cultivate health & vitality through greater awareness of who and what matters deeply to individuals, and helping them act intentionally from these values in their everyday life.
